Roof Watch
A one-off survey tells you where a roof is today. Roof Watch is a yearly plan: we come back every year, fly the exact same path, and show you what's changed — so a slipped tile or a tired bit of flashing is caught while it's still a cheap fix, not a strip-and-recover job.
One survey is a photograph. A plan is the film. The value isn't this year's report — it's the record you build up: "the north valley has dropped two grades in eighteen months, here's the picture timeline." That record makes maintenance budgets easy to justify, backs up an insurance or dilapidations claim, and means small problems are dealt with before they become big ones. Switch provider and you lose the history — and a year-on-year record only holds its full value while it's unbroken.
Anyone with a lot of roof to look after on a maintenance budget — landlords and property portfolios, commercial estates, schools and academy trusts, councils, and churches and dioceses. If you're carrying more than a handful of roofs, watching them costs less than being surprised by them.
Roof Watch is priced per building, and the more roof you carry, the lower the per-building rate. As a guide:
Your standard survey, re-flown each year at 20% off. Rolls over annually, cancel any time.
A handful of roofs on one agreement, flights clustered into a single trip — the per-building rate drops with the number. Scoped and priced per quote.
More roofs than fit a single trip? We scope each plan to what we can fly and report properly in your window, and stagger renewals so nothing piles up. Tell us the numbers and we'll come back with a rate and a schedule.
Indicative launch rates — your exact rate is confirmed in a quote, based on the number of roofs, where they are, and access. We take on as many plans as we can deliver properly, so larger portfolios are scheduled by arrangement. We cover the North of England, the Borders and Scotland.
Tell us roughly how many roofs you look after and where, and we'll come back with a plan and a price.
