For homeowners
The one part of your house you can't see is also the one that costs most when it fails. We fly it and photograph every tile, valley and flashing — no ladders, no scaffold, nobody on your roof, and the report follows within days.
Why it's worth it
Roof trouble almost always starts small — a slipped tile, a tired bit of flashing, moss damming a valley. You don't see it from the ground, so the first you know is a damp patch on the ceiling, by which point the cheap fix has become a dear one.

What we catch
A single pass picks up the problems that get worse over a winter.
What lands on your desk
Not a verbal "looks alright". A proper annotated PDF: every defect photographed, marked on the roof and graded Red, Amber or Green, with what it is and what to do about it — yours to keep, or to hand straight to a roofer.

Pricing
A fixed price, confirmed before we fly. Small next to what it saves you. Most homes are done in under an hour on site, with the report back usually within five to seven working days.
An external visual check of the roof covering from above — not a RICS or structural survey. Prices hold across our core patch in the North of England, the Borders and Scotland; for jobs further out, travel is priced into the quote and we confirm it before you book. Registered charities and community buildings get 25% off standard rates.
How it works
Send the postcode and what's worrying you. We check airspace and access, then confirm a date.
