Drone roof surveys · Newcastle & Tyne & Wear
Newcastle’s rows of Tyneside flats and Victorian terraces hide a lot of roof between them. We survey yours from the air — no scaffold on the street, nobody on the roof — and send back a clear, photographed report.
The weather up here
The wind funnels straight up the Tyne, and the rain that comes with it finds the weak spots in a hurry — the shared valleys between Tyneside flats, the box gutters, the flat-roofed rear additions half the terraces have gained.
On the older stock around Jesmond, Heaton and Gosforth it is slipped slates and tired flashing that catch people out. On the flats, it is the hidden gutter between two properties — the one nobody can see and everybody ends up arguing about. A drone gets over all of it in a single flight.
Roofs we fly
Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and both banks of the river — the Tyneside flat is our bread and butter, but we fly everything from a two-up-two-down to a commercial flat roof. Shared roofs, awkward access, four storeys up: none of it needs scaffold to inspect.
On our patch and not on the list? Send us the postcode — if we can get to it, we’ll fly it.
